Talent Development

A non-traditional and inclusive skill-building space for young BIPOC creatives regardless of skill level and experience that prioritizes New York natives. Members attend Master Classes, Artist Talks and Office Hours led by top BIPOC creative professionals from NYC’s creative community free of cost.

Talent Pipeline

A Fellowship program innovates on the traditional internship model to connect young people to the critical early workplace experiences necessary to launch their careers. Annually SOW places Fellows at creative companies for three months. The position is always paid and has a co-interview model, learning outcomes and requires training and coaching for both Fellows and creative industry Partners.

Recruitment and placement services for young BIPOC creatives into freelance, part-time and full-time roles at creative companies. SOW currently manages and represents a roster of rising young creatives as well as more mid to senior level BIPOC creative talent.
